Drew has recently completed Cornell University School of Business, specializing in Integrated Marketing Strategy. Drew previously worked in upper management for the two largest upscale hospitality groups in the country – The Tao and Hakkasan Groups. Having conceptualized, programmed, and successfully managed for these companies Drew was heavily engaged with their venues – Tao, Highlight Room, Avenue, AVRA, and Beauty & Essex in Los Angeles. FREDDY BRAIDI

Freddy Braidy is the Managing Partner who started his professional career in the film business as an independent producer that was responsible for development and production for over 20 films such as The Whole Nine Yards, Rescue Dawn, and Gospel Hill.  In the late 2000’s, Freddy transitioned from the entertainment business to launch BNG, a full-service development, management, marketing, promotions, and special events company based in Los Angeles. Freddy’s background in finance and project management helped pave the way to legendary hospitality ventures such as The Kimpton Group for the Hotel La Peer, Sugar Factory, TCL Chinese Theater, Hollywood Hills Hotel, and Yamashiro Hollywood. Freddy aims to create an inclusive culture based on mutual respect, friendship, and unparalleled service, while surpassing our guest’s expectations by going above & beyond; be it for one individual or many. BNG continues to diversify its holdings with current and upcoming projects in the entertainment, nightlife, restaurant, hotel, and private and corporate event business.

SPENCER KUSHNER

Spencer Kushner has been immersed in the hospitality world for nearly two decades. As a founder and managing partner, he’s
cultivated a unique brand of original concepts, while building the company’s engaging narrative frameworks. In addition to the creative, Spencer oversees operations, develops marketing strategies, and curates entertainment programming. His hospitality roots began in owning and operating large scale nightclubs, and has since shifted towards upscale dining, fast casual concepts, boutique hotel management, speakeasy bars, and live entertainment lounges. A Los Angeles native, he grew up in a film entertainment rooted family and earned a double major in Art History and Public relations at the University of Miami. Spencer is focused on culturally relevant hospitality ventures that represent authentic personal experiences inspired by art, film, music and fashion.
